This modern contemporary home is designed around a central stair element that brings visitors up from the entry court on the lowest level to the sprawling living area located on the middle floor. The stair element is dynamic and responds to each level as it rises through the house. This modern core forms the heart of the house.
A New Life for the Landscape
Made up of three primary volumes connected by the stair tower, the house connects to the adjacent site on all sides.
This creates an extremely dynamic experience as you flow through the house.
